We incorporated Virtual Citizens Foundation in April 2024 via the Stripe Atlas program as a Delaware C-Corporation. The company is currently in Good Standing with the State of Delaware (File No: 3436939), verifiable via the Delaware ICIS public registry.

To become compliant immediately: We are strictly a for-profit technology company. The 'Foundation' in our name is a branding choice for our community concepts, not a legal status; we are NOT a non-profit.

We develop owned-and-operated viral web platforms focused on social experiments and interactive polling. We operate purely as a digital publisher selling our own inventory and products, without handling third-party funds.
