This Advertising Agreement serves as the governing legal contract between Virtual Citizens
Foundation
(operating as "VCF Media"), a Delaware C-Corporation, and the entity ("Advertiser", "Sponsor")
purchasing digital advertising inventory, sponsorship placements, or media packages across our
network of
websites.
By submitting creative assets or authorizing an insertion order, you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
VCF operates a portfolio of high-traffic digital properties, news platforms, and specialized web communities. We provide B2B advertising solutions, including display banners, sponsored content, newsletter placements, and custom brand integrations. We act as a Digital Publisher.
Invoicing: Advertising campaigns are billed via invoice or credit card upon
reservation of inventory. All fees are quoted in USD.
Pre-Payment: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all advertising placements require
100% pre-payment before the campaign goes live. We utilize Stripe for secure processing of all media
buys.
Digital Products (VCF Editions): Due to the nature of digital content (eBooks,
Research Reports, PDF Downloads), all sales of downloadable products are final and non-refundable
once the download link has been sent to the purchaser.
Advertising Services: Advertisers may cancel a scheduled campaign with at least 7
days' written notice prior to the start date for a full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of
launch are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Live campaigns are non-refundable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VCF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
We employ industry-standard encryption (TLS 1.3+) and strict data governance protocols to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. You acknowledge that you provide your personal information at your own risk.
This Agreement shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under this Agreement will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
Digital Products: Purchased content (VCF Editions) is delivered instantly via email
or direct download link immediately upon successful payment confirmation. No physical goods are
shipped.
Advertising Services: Advertising services are considered "delivered" when the
creative
assets are published live on the designated VCF web property. Proof of performance (screenshots)
will be provided within 48 hours.
